What you will do

• Lead the Switchgear business within Engineered Building Solutions and own its overall commercial, operational, and financial performance.
• Develop leadership capability, establish accountability, and create a strong operating rhythm focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Set transformational strategy and translate it into growth plans across programs, solutions, and services.
• Integrate supply chain, manufacturing, quality, site operations, engineering, and project delivery to improve efficiency, cost control, and execution.
• Build customer and partner relationships, support new product introduction, and expand into hyperscale and emerging markets.
• Own P&L performance, revenue growth, margin expansion, forecasting, financial planning, safety, compliance, and quality management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in an engineered-to-order environment, preferably in switchgear.
• Experience managing a P&L budget and identifying and addressing sales-force capability gaps.
• Ability to develop long-term, value-based relationships with core accounts and increase revenue.
• Strong negotiation skills based on collaboration, persuasion, influence, rationale, and tact in a selling environment.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business conditions and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• MBA or equivalent experience.
