Head of Business Operations (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Integrate Division Marketing with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning, and Finance to align demand, supply, revenue plans, and execution.
• Translate product roadmaps, market segmentation, and pricing strategies into volume, capacity, and manufacturing plans.
• Lead division-level capacity planning, S&OP, annual operating planning, quarterly execution reviews, and executive reporting.
• Define business metrics covering revenue, gross margin, delivery, inventory, cost, and cycle time; analyze variances and drive corrective action.
• Standardize operating rhythms and governance while leading initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, cycle time, and cost structure.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and lead change management for new products, system implementations, and organizational transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations/Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field; an operations- or supply-chain-focused MBA is relevant.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor business operations, product line management, or operations leadership.
• Direct experience working across Product Marketing and Manufacturing or Supply Chain organizations.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product lifecycles, capacity planning, and cost structures.
• Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization, facilitate executive decisions, and manage stakeholders.
• Preferred location: San Jose, CA, United States of America.

• Experience supporting wafer fab or OSAT operations.
• Exposure to advanced nodes, specialty technologies, or complex product portfolios.
• Background in S&OP, demand planning, or product line operations.
