Director, Core Business Center - Connectivity (Industrial Automation)

Location: Middletown, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office. National and international travel may be required for up to two weeks or more.

What you will do

• Lead the US Connectivity business, owning strategic direction, operational execution, financial performance, and P&L results.
• Set sales targets, forecasts, growth plans, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio priorities.
• Lead new product introduction, commercialization, product positioning, and translation of regional market needs into global product requirements.
• Manage demand planning, forecasting, pipeline visibility, inventory decisions, pricing governance, and business analytics.
• Develop sales teams, executive customer relationships, strategic partnerships, channel growth, and custom solution opportunities.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Production, Headquarters, Marketing, and Finance while overseeing field service, quality escalations, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; a master’s degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing management, product management, business leadership, or related engineering and market disciplines, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in industrial automation, connectivity, networking, industrial communications, or related technology industries.
• Experience leading new product introduction and go-to-market execution, with strong demand planning, forecasting, and inventory strategy expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to use market insights, voice-of-customer analysis, analytics, and business intelligence to drive decisions.
• Fluent English is required. A valid driver’s license, ability to travel by automobile, and ability to travel nationally and internationally are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• PMP, Agile/SAFe, or Functional Safety (TÜV) certification.
