Manufacturing Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate resources and supervise manufacturing, production scheduling, and daily production activities.
• Manage production volume, scrap, labor budgets, quality requirements, and safe operating conditions.
• Track production goals, analyze shortfalls, document causes, and remove operational obstacles.
• Investigate system and process issues, support root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate parts supply, equipment maintenance, safety procedures, preventive maintenance, and service schedules.
• Hire, train, schedule, assign, evaluate, and motivate production employees while maintaining procedures in an ISO 9001 environment.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum four years of supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, automation, and work-cell manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate, mentor, train, and direct employees.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, decision-making, attention-to-detail, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work primarily on a manufacturing floor, including material handling, production assembly machine operations, walking, prolonged standing or sitting, and lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 45 pounds occasionally.
