What you will do

• Supervise assigned production floor lines, cells, and sheet metal machines.
• Implement Lean processes across production operations.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage production scheduling and materials presentation.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain manufacturing data and performance metrics.
• Oversee production quality and safety in a non-union environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum five years of applicable experience.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Suwanee, Georgia.
