Sr. Manager, RDBU L&P;, Training Lead - TAVNEOS & Dazodalibep (DAZ) (Biotech)

What you will do

• Drive Learning & Performance strategy and execution for the TAVNEOS business.
• Lead new-hire onboarding, field learning, semester meetings, sales capability initiatives, and ongoing training.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Medical, Patient Access, and Commercial teams on learning strategy.
• Support launch readiness for dazodalibep (DAZ) in Sjögren's disease.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and strategic influence across multiple stakeholders.
• Potentially take on direct people leadership as launch activities expand.

Requirements

• US-based remote field training leadership position.
• Experience driving learning and performance strategy for a commercial business.
• Ability to lead field training, onboarding, sales capability, and launch-readiness initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across Brand, Marketing, Medical, Patient Access, and Commercial functions.
