Location: Based at the South San Francisco Campus, United States
Salary: $218,500–$405,900 annually, plus a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end launch readiness and field training roadmaps for critical therapeutic launches.
- Direct multidisciplinary capability teams spanning launch excellence, field training, project management, instructional design, and learning coordination.
- Partner with marketing, medical affairs, compliance, and People & Culture to remove readiness barriers and streamline execution.
- Develop AI-powered simulations, interactive workshops, and workflow learning tools for Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Government Affairs professionals.
- Use learning analytics and forecasting models to measure baseline skills, business impact, and resource needs.
- Build an inclusive, high-performing culture through coaching, talent development, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of senior-level experience in learning and development, field readiness, or organizational effectiveness.
- 12+ years of experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- 8–10+ years of direct people leadership, including management of other people-managers.
- Experience developing and scaling training programs, learning operations, and high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial operations, field roles, compliance requirements, digital learning platforms, AI-powered learning solutions, or data analytics.
