Squad Business Partner (Biotech)

Location: Based at the hirify.global campus in South San Francisco, California, United States. The role includes home-office work, remote and in-person training, field visits, and ride-alongs. Relocation benefits are not available.

Salary: $161,400–$299,700 annually, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and deliver remote and in-person onboarding programs for Customer Engagement hires.
• Develop interactive webinars, e-learning, and workshops covering product launches, regulatory updates, and on-label clinical data compliant with FDA guidelines.
• Facilitate national training events, regional squad meetings, and director-level strategic sessions.
• Build compliant certification strategies and apply modern adult learning and instructional design frameworks.
• Conduct field visits and ride-alongs, provide real-time coaching, and partner with leaders to address performance gaps.
• Translate complex scientific information into practical learning tools and use AI, LMS technologies, and analytics to measure training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with facilitation experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading deliverables across remote teams and organizing cross-functional learning projects.
• 5+ years of experience presenting highly technical or scientific data to small and large audiences.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM, and virtual and in-person facilitation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, Learning Management Systems, and virtual training platforms such as Zoom and Teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or another related graduate degree.
• Experience implementing attainable business plans.
• Ability to interpret sales and performance data to inform training strategies.
