Delivery Solutions Architect (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical account strategies and execution plans for post-sale Databricks use cases in strategic customer accounts.
• Own onboarding, enablement, production go-live, adoption, and healthy consumption across multiple customer workloads.
• Act as the first technical contact for production and go-live issues, coordinating escalation and resolution with internal experts.
• Coordinate Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Shared Services, User Education, Technical Services, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Develop plans for use-case delivery, user growth, product adoption, cloud cost control, tuning, optimization, and executive governance.
• Report customer health, usage, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression to the Technical GM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects or programs in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems and the ability to contribute to customer technical decisions.
• Experience with technical project or program management, stakeholder and resource management, discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, and complex delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience; willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
