Divisional CFO - CRE - Banking Industry (Banking)

Salary: $153,962.25–$272,700.00 annually

What you will do

• Lead the Finance and MIS functions for the CRE line of business and advise its President and senior leadership team.
• Build and improve driver-based forecasting, revenue, capacity, efficiency, cost, and profitability models.
• Prepare forecasts, financial reports, variance analyses, and operational reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Partner with business leadership and IT on strategy, data architecture, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Design and present financial and performance analytics for governance and strategic review forums.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and manage a high-performing finance and business intelligence team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 12+ years of banking experience, including at least 5 years leading a Mortgage/Banking Finance, Treasury, or Capital Markets function.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and extensive planning and budgeting experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience with financial management and reporting systems such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion, or Workday.
• Ability to work from the New York office; limited travel of up to 10% is required.
