Financial Consulting Supervisor - Family Office (Finance)

Salary: $85,100–$161,700 per year, plus discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Serve as a key client contact for Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and month-end close cycles.
• Lead, manage, and coach client service representatives, associates, and senior associates.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entry review, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Perform month-over-month variance analysis and actual-to-budget analysis, providing actionable financial insight and decision support.
• Identify process improvements and implement accounting systems, modules, integrations, OCR, AI, and accounting bots to improve close efficiency.
• Manage engagement budgets, client onboarding, initial assessments, implementations, and proposal activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Progressive experience in corporate accounting and financial management, including experience as an accounting supervisor, assistant controller, controller, director of finance, or CFO.
• Strong GAAP, management accounting, operational finance, FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge.
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with automated accounting systems such as Intacct, NetSuite, BlackLine, Bill.com, or Tallie.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; CPA is preferred but not required.
