Manager, Global Credit Finance - CCOF

Location: New York, NY; four days per week in-office

Base salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually, plus potential discretionary annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee and review quarterly fund closes, balance sheet and income statement support, cash and position reconciliations, and financial statements prepared with the third-party administrator.
• Review accrued carry calculations, capital allocations, capital statements, capital calls, distributions, waterfall analyses, management fees, and other fund allocations.
• Coordinate interim and year-end audit requests and prepare quarterly holdings, performance metrics, and side-letter reporting for SMA vehicles.
• Maintain liquidity management analysis and reporting, including liability management for entity borrowings.
• Support the structuring, execution, and monitoring of investment transactions and products for strategic investors.
• Partner with Business, Legal, Investor Relations, Operations, and the third-party administrator to resolve issues, monitor fund-agreement compliance, and respond to investor queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance concentration preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in private credit or public accounting, including supervisory experience.
• Experience with alternative investments, fund accounting, GP/LP structures, and/or separately managed accounts.
• Strong accounting, finance, analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and develop junior team members and collaborate effectively with investment, legal, operations, investor relations, and business stakeholders.
