Salary: $164,279.49–$187,747.98 per year

What you will do

• Lead and grow the transportation planning practice in Chicago.
• Expand market presence and drive growth with IDOT, CTA, Metra, and the City of Chicago.
• Lead major pursuits, on-call contracts, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Serve as project manager or principal on feasibility studies, alternatives analyses, and environmental reviews.
• Build and mentor a high-performing local planning team.
• Shape the long-term planning strategy for Chicago.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in transportation planning.
• Strong client relationships and business development experience.
• Expertise in planning studies and project delivery.
• Experience working with federal, state, and local public agencies.
• AICP or PE certification required.
