What you will do

• Support an industry-focused healthcare investment banking team with a high level of responsibility.
• Formulate new business proposals and develop company forecasts and valuations.
• Evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios and prepare documents for public stock issuances.
• Analyze data and trends from diverse sources to identify business impacts and support decision-making.
• Develop business cases, financial models, accounting analyses, valuation analyses, and NPV analyses.
• Support prioritization and closing of strategically or financially significant transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 3–6 years of general work experience.
• Ability to develop financial and economic models for planning and monitoring.
• Ability to analyze reports, identify trends, and perform mathematical and numerical analysis.
• Ability to estimate and manage effort and finances within budget.
• Ability to work as a resident in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States.
