Senior Associate, Corporate Development & VC (Healthcare)

Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Washington D.C., Louisville, KY, or New York, NY. Hybrid office work is required 3–4 days per week, with estimated travel once per month.

Salary: $151,600–$208,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead investment, M&A, divestiture, and venture capital deal processes from strategy through completion.
• Develop deal timelines and strategies, manage due diligence, and coordinate law firms, investment banks, consultancies, and accounting firms.
• Analyze acquired or divested businesses and model their financial profiles, including company projections.
• Convert corporate strategy into business cases and growth opportunities in partnership with senior leadership and business development teams.
• Manage relationships with external business partners and communicate corporate development strategy.
• Refine team operating systems and coordinate deal members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in finance, transaction accounting, venture capital/private equity, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development; alternatively, a master’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading investment, M&A, and due diligence processes.
• At least 2 years of project leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen, analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to one of the listed U.S. locations and work from the office 3–4 days per week.
