C&IB Associate Relationship Manager (F) - Healthcare (Banking)

Location: In-office role based in Denver, CO; Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Diego, CA; or Houston, TX

Base salary: $82,500–$150,000 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Support underwriting, relationship management, and corporate banking product activities for healthcare clients.
• Analyze client information and design or execute tailored financial solutions from request through booking.
• Assess and mitigate credit, regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Gather information from internal and external clients and help deepen relationships and share of wallet.
• Prepare offerings, scorecards, and recommendations in response to client and product inquiries.
• Build expertise through mentoring, job shadowing, networking, formal learning, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit analysis, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
• Ability to manage client relationships, communicate effectively, make decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in an in-office location listed for this role.

Nice to have

• Formal credit training.
• Experience with middle-market clients generating $100 million or more in revenue.
• Relevant securities licenses, depending on the business area; required licenses may need to be obtained within 180 days of employment.
