Senior Associate, Warehouse Capacity Planning (Supply Chain)

Location: New Albany, Ohio, United States; full-time onsite role supporting the hirify.global Ohio site.

What you will do

• Develop short- and long-range warehouse capacity projections, scenario models, storage-utilization analyses, and operational recommendations.
• Coordinate internal and external warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound scheduling, material movements, inventory visibility, and provider performance.
• Monitor inventory health, aging, accuracy, storage utilization, and risks affecting manufacturing or commercial supply.
• Execute cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation, root-cause analysis, inventory adjustments, sample requests, reclassifications, and inventory-status changes.
• Build automated reports, dashboards, and visualization tools while supporting digital transformation, workflow validation, testing, and user adoption.
• Support investigations, CAPA and action plans, SOP updates, audit preparation, training readiness, and continuous improvement in warehouse and inventory processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree plus 2 years; or a bachelor’s degree plus 6 months; or a master’s degree.
• Experience in supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations.
• Ability to collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and external warehouse providers.
• Ability to perform inventory analysis, discrepancy investigations, risk assessment, and process improvement.
• Ability to maintain accurate, inspection-ready documentation and work in compliance with cGMP, GDP, EH&S, quality-system, and site requirements.
