Senior Director, Integrated Planning & Analytics - Global Supply Chain (Biotech)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be based in the United States. International travel of 10–25% is required.

What you will do

• Own the global Integrated Business Planning framework and S&OE process across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial planning.
• Lead reconciliation of commercial, patient, named-patient, early-access, and clinical trial demand signals.
• Define inventory policies, positioning strategies, and risk-based scenarios for long lead times, yield variability, cold-chain requirements, and constrained capacity.
• Chair cross-functional IBP forums and guide executive decisions on allocation, safety stock, launch readiness, and supply risks.
• Lead long-range capacity planning, portfolio integration, and business cases for strategic network investments.
• Define the planning technology vision and improve dashboards, data quality, analytics, and scenario modeling capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain or operations leadership experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or rare disease environments.
• Proven experience leading global S&OP or IBP processes, including long-range capacity planning, inventory strategy, and executive decision support.
• Strong command of ERP systems, advanced planning platforms, analytics tools, and scenario modeling.
• Deep understanding of life science supply chains, biologics complexity, access variability, long lead times, and patient-critical supply continuity.
• Demonstrated senior-executive influence, financial acumen, and leadership in complex matrixed global organizations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
• Experience with biologics, gene therapy, enzyme replacement therapies, or other complex rare disease modalities.
• APICS/ASCM, SCOR-P, or equivalent certification.
• Experience integrating clinical and commercial supply processes and working with global regulatory or GxP constraints.
