2nd & 3rd Shift General Maintenance (Manufacturing)

Location: Alburtis, Pennsylvania, United States. Full-time second- and third-shift onsite role with emergency calls, overtime, weekends, and other shifts as required.

What you will do

• Install, service, repair, and inspect mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems across production equipment, facilities, vehicles, services, and utilities.
• Support the manufacture and shipment of quality iron castings and maintain uninterrupted plant operations.
• Apply safety procedures for high-voltage and secondary distribution systems, grounding, rigging, lifting, welding, cutting, hazardous materials, ladders, scaffolds, and overhead structures.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls, communicate instructions, and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Follow reliability, process control, testing, and work documentation procedures.
• Report completed work, inspection findings, materials used, unsafe conditions, injuries, and equipment failures.

Requirements

• Technical school graduate in Industrial Maintenance.
• At least two years of maintenance experience.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, overtime, and other shifts when required.
• Ability to communicate instructions during emergency situations.
• Commitment to prescribed safety procedures and personal protective equipment.
• Good performance and attendance record.
