Foundry Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift

Location: On-site at the Franklin, NH manufacturing facility, United States. Third shift hours are 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with overtime as needed. Travel of up to 10% may be required for training.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose programmable controls, numerical controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment.
• Install, start up, and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain required equipment performance and maintenance records.
• Advise operators and line mechanics on safe equipment operation and communicate potential hazards to maintenance and management.
• Support technical troubleshooting, train maintenance team members, and handle assigned projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with demonstrated proficiency.
• Computer operation experience and PLC programming skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical and electronic components and diagnostic instruments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work professionally with operators, maintenance staff, management, and other personnel.
• Ability to work overtime, stand for extended periods, move around the manufacturing floor, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and wear required personal protective equipment.

• Experience with cutting, welding, and fabrication.
