Project Manager I (Manufacturing)

Location: Memphis, TN, United States; onsite role with periodic visits to the manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control assigned projects and sub-tasks.
• Coordinate project personnel, supervisors, leaders, subcontractors, and their workforces.
• Define work plans, duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority with project staff.
• Track schedules and budgets, reviewing project status and adjusting plans as needed.
• Prepare project reports for management and stakeholders.
• Advise on technical issues and resolve project problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related field, and/or related experience.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting equipment capabilities.
• Proficiency in Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with OEMs and contractors and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours.
