Project Manager I (Architectural Glass)

Location: Owatonna, Minnesota, United States; onsite with regular, full-time attendance

Salary: $52,000–$72,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze, interpret, and prepare customer orders and small-scale projects for entry into the Viper system.
• Verify quotation and order details and provide accurate order confirmations to customers.
• Delegate prepared orders to the order entry team and support timely processing and completion.
• Manage multiple orders and projects while providing customer service and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve order issues, make decisions, and apply knowledge of architectural glass products, manufacturing capabilities, and limitations.
• Maintain project and order files in accordance with retention policies and use the sales department’s technical tools and business processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service and/or order entry experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and perform the role requirements during the 6–9 month training program.
• Strong attention to detail, self-organization, multitasking, interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fractions, decimals, and geometric patterns.
• Regular, full-time onsite attendance in Owatonna, Minnesota is required.
