Assistant Project Manager - Design

What you will do

• Support Project Managers with the execution and delivery of design projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across disciplines.
• Monitor project financial performance through forecasting and cost tracking.
• Lead smaller-scale projects or manage defined portions of larger projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to meet project milestones.
• Contribute to client communications, project documentation, risk mitigation, and team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Up to five years of relevant experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office.
• Developing leadership, communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Understanding of project execution and delivery in a design or construction setting.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Deltek, or Bluebeam.
