Group Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid at the NYC headquarters, United States

Salary: $158K–$209K per year

What you will do

• Manage 1–2 product managers across multiple squads, including performance, development, and retention.
• Own hiring and onboarding for the product management group and define roles and hiring processes.
• Set product delivery and quality standards across the group.
• Translate product-line strategy into squad-level goals and align product teams.
• Partner with engineering directors and design managers on resourcing and delivery.
• Report product group health, risks, and progress to Product Leadership.

Requirements

• 9+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing a group or team of product managers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product talent across multiple career stages.
• Strong organizational leadership and experience setting standards across multi-squad teams.
• Experience aligning product strategy with team-level execution at scale.
• Executive communication skills and the ability to influence VP-level stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of the card space, fintech, or payments.
