What you will do

• Develop and execute global category strategies for HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Agencies, and Entertainment services.
• Lead sourcing events, including RFx design, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Manage supplier performance through KPIs, quarterly business reviews, continuous improvement plans, and escalations.
• Deliver total cost of ownership optimization and year-over-year productivity through commercial, demand-management, and service-optimization levers.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership on global and regional sourcing projects.
• Lead supplier risk assessments, governance, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience developing category strategies in complex professional services environments.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, supplier management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, time management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as Oracle or Coupa.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
