Project Controls Consultant

Location: Predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington, United States, with some remote support subject to Contracting Officer approval.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project schedules and EVMS reporting for Hanford Field Office mission-support activities.
• Integrate risk registers with milestone forecasts and support risk analysis.
• Monitor project performance, align budgets, and implement performance metrics.
• Conduct financial analysis and support compliance with DOE standards.
• Support audits, contractor integration, stakeholder engagement, and project controls systems integration.
• Provide program and project management support in a regulated nuclear cleanup environment.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of project controls and EVMS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Experience with Primavera P6, EVMS tools, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Analytical rigor, problem-solving, communication, organization, and business acumen.
• Ability to work predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.
• Ability to meet applicable facility and DOE clearance requirements when performing sensitive or classified work.

Nice to have

• DOE project or Environmental Management Sector experience.
• PMP or EVP certification.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, plus familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
