What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for sales and customer support within the assigned territory.
• Increase sales through direct customer engagement and the distributor network.
• Expand market share and grow pump product lines and aftermarket services profitably.
• Identify and develop key accounts into long-term strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Size and select pumps and prepare equipment proposals using quotation and CRM tools after training.

Requirements

• Ability to clearly explain ideas, technical solutions, and measurable customer payback.
• Experience identifying and developing key accounts into strategic partnerships.
• Ability to execute business plans and align them with commercial objectives.
• Technical proficiency in pump selection and proposal generation.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts professionally within customer organizations.
