Maintenance Technician II - C-Shift (Fri-Sun 5am-5pm) (HVAC)

Location: Redmond, Oregon; all work must be conducted on premises. Full-time C-shift schedule: Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay range: $22.99–$34.49 per hour.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and maintain sheet metal machines, engines, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and other industrial manufacturing machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical circuits, controls, automation faults, and related equipment using diagnostic tools and software.
• Install and maintain motors, belt and chain drives, pulleys, shafts, bearings, couplings, pumps, hoses, valves, cylinders, filters, and regulators.
• Maintain HVAC systems, including refrigerant charging and recovery, gauge use, filter replacement, and VFD or control adjustments.
• Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including compressors, vacuum pumps, lines, hoses, seals, and pressure controls.
• Work safely with power tools, measuring instruments, welding equipment, and manufacturing specifications while providing team support.

Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and repair industrial machinery using diagrams, manuals, specifications, hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to measure voltage, current, and power; perform basic wiring; understand wire gauges; and apply basic NEC/UL code knowledge.
• Knowledge of mechanical drives, motors, air and water systems, pneumatic equipment, hydraulic components, and HVAC systems.
• Basic knowledge of metal materials, welding rods, welding procedures, and MIG/TIG equipment, including required safety equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems analytically, multitask, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work on premises, tolerate dusty factory conditions and extreme temperatures, work at heights exceeding 3 feet, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Machinist, machine maintenance, or repair experience.
