Base salary: $104,560–$143,770 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop contactors for electric vehicle high-voltage applications.
• Lead mechanical design activities within cross-functional New Product Development teams.
• Manage technical relationships with North American automotive customers and suppliers.
• Maintain product drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Support prototype builds, production validation, and manufacturing operations in collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and supply teams.
• Align product designs with global engineering standards, technology roadmaps, and product strategies.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Senior-level experience applying mechanical engineering principles across materials, mechanics, fluids, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
• Understanding of electric vehicle architecture, high-voltage systems, contactors, electrical circuits, microelectronic assembly, statistical methods, process control, and product testing.
• Experience or familiarity with welding, brazing, soldering, adhesive bonding, machining, stamping, molding, forming, and assembly.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, time-management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
