PMO Manager - Accounting & Finance Services

Location: Frisco, Texas, USA; full-time, with work location requirements to be confirmed with talent acquisition.

Salary: $59,400–$236,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-workstream client transition programs from kickoff through operational readiness, stabilization, and handoff.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Build integrated project plans across client, internal, vendor, technology, and operational workstreams.
• Establish governance structures, meeting cadences, decision forums, escalation paths, reporting requirements, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop operational KPIs, portfolio dashboards, scorecards, trend analyses, and executive-level monthly reports.
• Manage PMO data, resource demand, capacity planning, staffing coordination, utilization tracking, transition playbooks, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, technology, operations, project management, or a related field preferred.
• At least five years of experience in PMO, project management, program management, transition management, service delivery, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream projects or programs in both internal PMO and client-facing delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, integrated planning, risk and issue management, change control, KPI development, data capture, and executive reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines in a matrixed environment, with strong facilitation, analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Dayshape or a comparable resource-management platform; Workday experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization, resource planning, financial tracking, utilization reporting, or demand forecasting.
• Background in managed services, professional services, consulting, outsourcing, accounting and finance operations, or technology-enabled transformation.
• PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or ITIL certification.
