Senior Manager - Workday Financials

Location: Remote - US; travel up to 10% may be required.

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 USD annually, based on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements within the Workday Financials practice and recommend Workday best practices.
• Manage, develop, train, and mentor a team of consultants, including conducting peer reviews.
• Design and demonstrate Workday system configurations, composite reports, calculated fields, dashboards, custom validations, and condition rules.
• Optimize business processes and support implementations, system testing, UAT, data gathering, and legacy data conversion.
• Manage concurrent Workday Financials support requests and short-duration customer projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build effective relationships with clients and vendors and identify enhancement opportunities across new Workday releases.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on functional experience with Workday Financial Management.
• 4+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager or Systems Architect with Workday, a Workday Partner, or a Workday client.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of financial systems and processes, advanced report writing, dashboards, custom validations, condition rules, and calculated fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting.

Nice to have

• Adaptive Insights solutions experience.
• Current or previous Workday Certification, including Workday PRO.
