Customer Support Specialist (Environmental Services)

Location: Robstown, TX, USA; full-time onsite position

What you will do

• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person to collect information for accurate and timely waste profile approval.
• Support internal and external customers and coordinate office services, forms, correspondence, and records.
• Assist with waste characterization and documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain customer profiles, contract files, change-of-address records, deposits, and discontinuance orders.
• Research operational concerns, questions, discrepancies, and billing adjustments.
• Prepare and transmit reports, waste shipment summaries, manifests, and other documents.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation with active listening and strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and a high level of professionalism.
• Problem-solving ability and confidence handling customer requests and operational questions.
• Ability to operate office equipment including scanners, calculators, copiers, computers, and fax machines.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Robstown, Texas, USA.
