Senior Bridge Structures Leader

Location: Dallas, Texas; full-time, on-site role

Compensation: $204,440.66–$227,156.28 per year

hirify.global is expanding its transportation practice in Texas and strengthening its bridge and structural engineering capabilities in the Dallas district.

What you will do

• Provide senior technical leadership for complex bridge and structural transportation projects across North Texas.
• Serve as a senior leader on major pursuits and projects as a Project Manager, Design Manager, or technical leader.
• Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, financial outcomes, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with owners, design teams, contractors, municipalities, transit agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead pursuit strategy, staffing plans, schedules, budgets, proposals, and client-facing presentations.
• Grow hirify.global’s Texas structures practice and mentor high-performing technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Texas PE strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive bridge and structural engineering experience, including complex transportation programs and major project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of TxDOT standards, processes, and delivery expectations.
• Experience leading technical teams, developing client relationships, business development, and competitive pursuits.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree with a structural engineering emphasis.
• Experience supporting transportation programs in Texas.
• Established or transferable client relationships in Texas.
