What you will do

• Ensure unit quality and productivity standards across assigned production areas.
• Inspect assembly, installation, brazing, charging, wiring, motors, controls, and other HVAC components against approved specifications.
• Train team members on accurate and efficient assembly and installation of sub-assemblies.
• Schedule production time, verify work order packets, confirm parts availability, and support production targets.
• Approve sub-assembly and end-of-line paperwork and ensure required quality sign-offs are complete.
• Monitor work areas, enforce warehouse safety and housekeeping standards, perform minor repairs and adjustments, and provide production backup.

Requirements

• Complete hirify.global’s Quality Team Leader program.
• Demonstrate leadership, motivation, flexibility, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Inspect blueprints and assembly drawings and communicate effectively with management and production teams.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment and use hand tools.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of work hours.
• Work onsite in a manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature changes, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
