Senior Structural Bridge Engineer-Project Manager

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States; hybrid

Salary: $140,810.99–$160,926.84 annually

What you will do

• Lead and manage bridge design and rehabilitation projects from planning through delivery.
• Provide and oversee structural analysis, design, and inspection for highway, rail, and pedestrian bridges and related structures.
• Serve as Project Manager or Bridge Design Task Lead as needed.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop structural staff supporting transportation projects.
• Build client relationships and support business development through technical proposals and client interviews.
• Coordinate with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads on budgets, schedules, and delivery plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive structural or bridge design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma or the ability to obtain one.
• Proven project management skills, including planning and coordinating work to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building effective client and team relationships.
