Lead Bridge Engineer, Senior Project Manager (Bridge Design)

What you will do

• Manage major and conventional bridge projects, including client interfaces, scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Perform senior-level bridge engineering design, analysis, and calculations as needed.
• Oversee construction documents, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, technical analyses, and quality reviews.
• Lead regional business development, opportunity tracking, partnerships, proposals, and pursuit planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry organizations, and designated client accounts.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering staff while supporting forecasting, performance reviews, and risk reviews.

Requirements

• 15+ years of project management and bridge design experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Experience managing and delivering bridge projects and leading pursuits.
• Experience working with local clients such as departments of transportation and state or federal agencies is preferred.
• Strong structural engineering, bridge design, communication, client management, and collaboration skills.
• A master’s degree in structural engineering with an emphasis on bridge design is preferred.
