What you will do

• Serve as a project manager for structural engineering projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Lead structural analysis and design using wood, mass timber, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, and masonry.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing in coordination with leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee and review calculations, drawings, and specifications for technical accuracy.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive structural engineering experience with project management responsibility.
• Proficiency in design software packages such as Revit and STAAD.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Must be able to work on-site in Nashville, TN.
