Bridge Design Project Manager

Location: Onsite in Brentwood, Knoxville, or Chattanooga, Tennessee

What you will do

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct large and complex bridge projects.
• Plan and deliver federally funded transportation projects for state and local agency clients.
• Apply advanced engineering theories, concepts, principles, methods, and processes to solve unique engineering problems.
• Organize and direct the work of engineers and technicians, including supervising staff engineers and evaluating results.
• Serve as a resident engineer or structure representative on construction projects when required.
• Build relationships with clients and professional contacts to support future project opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in good standing.
• At least 8 years of related professional experience, including at least 2 years designing and delivering transportation projects as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• Proficiency with bridge design and analysis software.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and openness to constructive criticism.
