CT Tech Part-Time/PRN (CT/MRI)

Location: Shenandoah, Texas, supporting the The Woodlands location

Community oncology care provider delivering evidence-based cancer treatment through clinics across Texas and southeastern Oklahoma.

What you will do

• Perform CT and MRI procedures as ordered while maintaining high technical quality.
• Advise physicians on the appropriateness of additional or modified imaging studies.
• Escort and position patients, provide assistance as needed, and ensure their safety and physical comfort.
• Complete procedure logs, paperwork, film requests, releases, and tracking documentation.
• Conduct daily equipment quality-control checks, report malfunctions, and arrange preventive maintenance.
• Protect confidential patient and medical-staff information and follow applicable safety standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited school.
• At least three years of experience as a CT/MRI technologist; five years qualifies for Level 2 and seven years for Senior level.
• Current ARRT registration, IV certification, and CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or position patients and equipment.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and work safely around patients, ionizing radiation, blood, and toxic substances.
