Imaging Technologist - MRI - Per Diem (MRI)

Location: 603 S Chestnut St, Ellensburg, Washington, USA

Compensation: $48.32–$73.23 per hour; an additional 15% premium may apply in lieu of benefits.

What you will do

• Review imaging requests for appropriateness and verify physician orders.
• Perform MRI procedures safely, accurately, compassionately, and on time.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation and physician reporting.
• Provide comfort and care to patients throughout imaging procedures.
• Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, positioning, pathology, disabilities, and trauma responses.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve Imaging Services operations and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of a radiology education program accredited through JRCERT.
• ARRT registration as a Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT MRI certification, or registry eligibility with certification completed within six months of hire.
• Current Washington State Department of Health Radiologic Technologist Certification.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Nice to have

• At least one year of MRI experience.
