Indirect Procurement Lead (IT & Telecom)

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually

What you will do

• Support enterprise-wide IT and Telecom procurement activities across operating groups and global locations.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, renew, amend, and administer supplier agreements and related procurement documentation.
• Support sourcing events, supplier evaluations, competitive bidding, onboarding, and supplier relationship management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Trade Compliance, Cybersecurity, Finance, and other stakeholders on contractual and operational requirements.
• Analyze supplier proposals, pricing structures, spend data, and total cost of ownership to identify savings and process improvements.
• Identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate commercial, contractual, operational, and supplier-related risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, vendor management, contract administration, IT asset management, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting IT, Telecommunications, Software, Cloud Services, Infrastructure, SaaS, or Technology procurement categories.
• Experience with sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contract review, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of procurement principles, sourcing methodologies, supplier relationship management, category management, and supplier proposal evaluation.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.

Nice to have

• CPSM, CPSD, CSCP, CPM, or another procurement and supply chain certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with global procurement operations, supplier risk management, software licensing, cloud services agreements, or technology procurement.
• Experience using SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar enterprise procurement platforms.
