What you will do

• Research and resolve customer chargebacks and other dispute requirements, including Section 75.
• Conduct detailed transaction research and document actions, calls, and resolutions.
• Apply bank and card industry regulations and practices when resolving disputes.
• Communicate with merchants, cardholders, customers, and third parties through inbound and outbound calls and written responses.
• Compile chargeback statistics to help identify patterns and improve customer service.
• Meet quality standards and key performance indicators in line with service-level agreements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in BPO, financial services, or banking.
• High school diploma.
• Good written and oral communication skills, including questioning, probing, and negotiation.
• Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Results orientation, customer focus, resilience, motivation, and relationship-building skills.
