Senior Credit Analyst

What you will do

• Support the Credit Manager in developing and implementing customer credit approval, collections, and accounts receivable processes and controls.
• Collect past-due invoices across an assigned customer portfolio and build relationships with key customers.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Customer Care, and Sales Vice Presidents to address collection concerns and billing issues.
• Perform customer credit limit analyses, review new account requests and credit limit updates, and escalate negative customer activity.
• Manage the dispute portfolio, drive resolution and reporting, and escalate unresolved deductions and billing issues.
• Analyze and improve credit and collections systems, update department procedures, and take a lead role in implementing the Infor M3 ERP solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in credit and collections; manufacturing or construction industry experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative to question processes, solve problems, and drive process improvement.
• Ability to work onsite in Easton, Pennsylvania, United States.

Nice to have

• Spanish bilingual skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction.
• NACM education or certificate programs.
