What you will do

• Manage timely collections of North America customer accounts receivable for multi-million-dollar transactions.
• Resolve client-billing problems and address delinquency while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Prepare weekly and quarterly metrics reports, analyzing movements on the accounts receivable ledger.
• Collaborate with Order Management and Accounting teams to ensure correct cash application.
• Perform outbound collection efforts via calls and emails to maintain customer relations.
• Manage software license key extensions and prepare cash flow forecasts for the customer portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of collections experience interacting with a large customer base.
• Must be based in the US (Sandy, UT; Phoenix, AZ; or Denver, CO).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and accuracy.
