Focus on analyzing usage and performance trends, tracking project risks and dependencies, and improving data quality under the guidance of senior analysts and leaders.

What you will do
- Support administration and optimization of commercial banking sales applications, including CRM, pipeline, and reporting platforms.
- Assist with user access requests, issue tracking, basic configuration, workflow documentation, and improvement analysis.
- Maintain dashboards and recurring reports; analyze trends, variances, application adoption, and business performance.
- Reconcile data across source systems, perform data quality checks, and maintain documentation standards.
- Provide project administration for sales and optimization initiatives, tracking plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, action logs, and status updates.
- Coordinate stakeholder follow-ups and document decisions, requirements, and change requests.
Requirements
- Active-duty U.S. military service member eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- Interest in business analysis, analytics, sales operations, or project coordination.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities with strong organization, documentation, and follow-through.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
