Business Analyst - Sales & Distribution

What you will do

• Evaluate, analyze, and create daily, weekly, special, and executive sales reports.
• Maintain systems that automate report delivery to appropriate stakeholders, primarily using Microsoft Power BI.
• Audit reports, identify missing data and system errors, and communicate reporting gaps.
• Document report requirements and coordinate delivery with IT and finance teams against established deadlines.
• Set reminders and triggers for dependent departmental activities.
• Support performance reporting at national conventions, regional meetings, and virtual or live company events.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of business analysis experience in a corporate setting, preferably in sales analysis or sales programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, listening, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and develop creative solutions.
