What you will do

• Provide product support for global users across CRM, email marketing, secure site, and related client technology platforms.
• Partner with Technology teams and vendors to investigate root causes, perform functional analysis, and deliver solutions.
• Maintain, validate, and improve critical client data across sales systems in line with data governance and privacy standards.
• Execute bulk data updates and analyze large datasets using Excel, Snowflake, and related tools.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot campaign automations, integrations, and data flows.
• Support digital initiatives through requirements gathering, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or technology support, including internships.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience querying, manipulating, and validating data.
• Experience working accurately with large datasets, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business partners while working independently and building trust.
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM software and testing tools such as JIRA.
• Understanding of Agile principles.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
