Project Manager - IT

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid model with 3 days working from home and 2 days onsite at Torre Krystal offices

What you will do

• Manage projects or programs end to end across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets, quality plans, resources, communications, procurement, risks, and stakeholder-management activities.
• Lead project teams, monitor delivery progress, manage scope changes, and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned projects and trusted adviser to external clients, supporting solution roadmaps and long-term plans.
• Proactively manage issues, mitigation plans, revenue forecasts, and project performance.
• Measure delivery quality, contribute lessons learned, and improve project-management methodology and processes.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• At least 5 years of proven current experience as a project manager leading teams and managing people in a matrix environment.
• Experience with international clients and delivering solutions for external customers in a consulting, software, or similar organization.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions.
• Experience managing IT, telephony, or software projects, including complex and simultaneous projects.
• Strong customer relationship, business, technical, budget, and revenue-forecast management skills; a degree in systems engineering or a related field.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Master’s degree in systems engineering or a related field.
