TL;DR
Project Manager, Fashion (Digital Marketing): Managing digital marketing deliverables across concurrent accounts, service lines, and cross-functional teams with an accent on scope, scheduling, quality, risk, and stakeholder communication. Focus on coordinating client and account teams, assigning resources and tasks, and solving delivery challenges to keep projects on time and within quality standards.
Location: Remote in Colombia. A fully flexible work environment also allows in-office or hybrid arrangements.

What you will do
- Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, digital marketing deliverables, and cross-functional teams using Asana and communication channels.
- Create, execute, and revise deliverable plans as client needs and requirements change.
- Oversee scope, risk, schedules, quality, and stakeholder communications throughout delivery.
- Support account calls with recaps, action items, Asana assignments, and follow-up.
- Evaluate new work requests, identify resources, assign responsibilities, and schedule activities.
- Provide progress updates, manage risks, escalate issues, and improve internal and external processes.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Familiarity with digital marketing areas including SEO, SEM, content marketing, display, feeds, paid social, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict management, organization, and time management skills.
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required. Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent certification.
