Project Manager (Healthcare ERP)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close integrated healthcare ERP implementation projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, implementation documents, and quality and communications plans.
• Plan and manage resources, project budgets, time tracking, forecasting, risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and maintain communication with senior management and stakeholders.
• Represent implementation needs during pre-sales and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and policies.
• Lead post-go-live handover, lessons learned, and project closure reporting.

Requirements

• Experience delivering multi-stranded, integrated healthcare ERP solutions in a customer-facing project management role.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation and execution through go-live and closure.
• Direct healthcare knowledge or at least 3 years of experience with a Health IT system is highly preferred.
• Experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams and communicating across all organizational levels.
• University degree or at least 5 years of experience managing large, complex projects, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or PMI, plus technical knowledge of software implementation processes.

Nice to have

• Understanding of hospital and business procedures, working practices, organizational structures, and internal politics.
• Experience as an end user of an integrated health system, especially TrakCare or another Hospital Information System.
• Experience with integrated implementations and a broad understanding of IT technical delivery.
• PMI certification and senior-level management training.
